What's a mother to do when there are dishes to be done and you don't want six "helping" hands? Bust out the dough. Playdough that is. Add cookie cutters, special dough tools, eager hands, and wahlaa....entertainment to get the job done. If you're lucky enough, as was I, you'll even get additional time to tidy the rest of the kitchen & family room.
...Additional time to find SOMEONE pretending a small piece of dough is earwax....or a booger. And someone else making balls to throw across the room.
