Could someone please remind my husband to return things where they belong? I sound like a broken record. There is a reason for having a spot for everything - multiple reasons actually. For one, you always know where to find the items. For another, with twin two year olds everything can become a weapon, and accident waiting to happen, or something in the wrong hands!
Scissors, for example. Easily becomes a weapon? Yep. An accident waiting to happen? Uh huh. Something in the wrong hands? Absolutely.....I turned my head just in time to save my own hair from a missing chunk. I suppose Angus thought he should cut my hair, since I had just given them both a haircut. What he doesn't know is that Mommy just paid my stylist to do that job!
Again, an act that happened in a flash....all while I was sitting right there interacting with the three of them. Do you suppose Auggie was his aid? Maybe he was distracting me so I wouldn't notice. Thankfully, I did!

Saved...from an unfortunate haircut. So glad!
My husband rarely puts things back where they belong, so I understand your frustration! At least you didn't get your hair cut off! That would've been a real bummer!
Thank goodness for that save.
Just last week John got ahold of scissors at grandmas house and cut both his hair and Jacobs. They have buzzes now. :)
I start if u start....
Omgoodness. I can totally feel you. I am constantly telling my hubby the same thing.
I agree with you. My girls cut all their barbies and ponies hair. Thankfully they spared one another. Why were the scissors accessible I ask? And why can I never find a pair when I DO need them?
This is a constant Mantra in my house!!!
Love the name of your blog! You are a busy woman!!!
Ok so I stumbled upon your blog (can't even remember how) but my name is Dana Pate and we have mono boys. I am SO AMAZED whenever I find mono babies (especially boys..I am sure you know the statistics for boys) so I had to comment to you to tell you about our blog as well. It is patemiracles.blogspot and we started ours when I was admitted to the hospital last year as we endured the long agony of waiting for our boys..hoping to deliver them healthy. They were born at 30 weeks and are 9 months old now. I loved reading your last post about how crazy your day is. I totally feel you girl. We have three girls and the twin boys. Our oldest is 8, then 4, then 2 and finally double dose of 9 month olds. I will follow and keep up with your boys now that I have found you. I seriously have only found three sets of mono boys EVER. When I was pregnant (and searching for ANYONE I could find that had journey the road I was on) I could only find girl mono babies. Then I found you and another girl named Angie I think (she lives in CA) and her boys are John and Jacob I think. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and tell you that I think you (and I too) have been blessed by the hand of GOD and our boys have a special purpose in the place we call "life"!
