Wordful Wednesday - Terribly Terrific Twos

Team A.R.C.(their initials) is really starting to display acts of the terribly terrific twos. My favorite is when they wake up from sleep and chit chat between themselves. Although they have a good vocabulary of understandable words, this is the time I hear that "twinese" language being used... and giggles....LOTS of giggles.Another favorite is catching them having conversations with my family. Angus is usually talking to Auntie, August likes to call Grandma, and all three are often heard talking to Papa about feeding his cows. A recent obsession of theirs is to go downstairs and visit the tweet-tweets. I often hear a lot of screaming and see some grand temper tantrums when they are told, "Not right now."

The twins are becoming quite the tag team. They are very fast, and find it hysterical to run away when I'm trying to catch them. Their favorite place to run off to is our master bathroom. I can't keep the doors closed, because they can now open them. And baby gates do no good, because they have figured out how to push them down together. It just takes seconds for mischief to happen, and I didn't have time to grab a shot of the most recent doings of the duo. One minute they were in front of our eyes, next thing you know, we find them in our bathroom with a toilet FULL of a roll of toilet paper. Angus was stirring it with his right hand and flushing with his left. I'm not sure who the ring leader was, but have no doubt they enjoyed it together. As we scooped them up they laughed with delight.
They are so cute. So terribly, terribly cute. But they are also entering that terribly terribly rotten stage too! Oh the joys times two!
And Miss V. She insists on handing me the camera and posing for a cute shot. She loves to see herself on the computer! This is her "cute" pose.

Oh they are so cute. And having BTDT (minus the twin part) I can't help but LOL at their escapades. Word of advice keep the peanut butter way out of reach of small people. It's amazing how much surface area one jar can cover.

I love the cute pose! Its definitely very cute! I hear ya on the terrible two's. My girls are trying to climb out of their cribs and when ever I say its time for night-night Ellie starts yelling NO! NO! NO! and holds her hands over her ears. I love the twin talk, too.

Miss V is quite a cutie. Se has perfected her cute pose :)

I so love the terribly terrific twos. I still love to it and listen to my girls chat in their room when they wake up. And at nap as much as I would like them to fall asleep asap it's very entertaining to listen to them giggle and talk about who knows what. The things they can get into can be funny at times as well :)
